Mission Statement:

The Nearly New Shop is a thrift shop with a purpose. For over 28 years, our Not-For-Profit store has operated with one goal in mind... To financially assist non-profit charities in Clay & Platte Counties. All of the items we sell are donated to our store (clothing, shoes, purses, books, computers and household items). They are then sorted, checked, cleaned, priced & displayed by employees, volunteers, and a working board of directors.

Each year, from November to December 31st, we accept grant applications for money that will be distributed to northland agencies that meet 501(c)(3) standards. Over $1 million in grants have been awarded over the last 28 years, benefiting numerous northland charitable organizations. Grant funds are awarded to the recipients in May of the following year.
